I've been struggling with my weight since i was a little girl i always wanted to make a big change by losing weight i think it will come with time, but i just have to understand that ;) So i'm doing alot of research on how to lose weight diffrent motivs and things like that! I'm not really doing it to look good but i want to be a healthier person! If i blog i know that i have time to sit down and then after i blog i go for a walk :) you guys are kind of my motivation!! Today i just like to show you a cleanse diet i will be doing soon before school starts because i have a goal to lose 15 pounds before school starts and i already lost 4 during the starting of the month & also i tought myself how to love running and i actually do now!
